The HC1000 marine gearbox has the functions of inverting, forwarding, clutching, decelerating, and bearing the thrust of the propeller. The gearbox is a vertical heterocentric one-stage transmission structure, which has the characteristics of compact structure and convenient disassembly and maintenance.
HC1000 marine gearbox is suitable for passenger ships, container ships, multi-functional work ships, etc.
Maintenance:
1. When changing the oil of the marine gearbox, special oil should be used to keep the waste oil. If oil leaks, deal with it immediately.
2. Preservatives and waste oil should be stored separately.
3. Other corrosive, not easy to decompose, and toxic parts should be properly handled after replacement.
4. When the noise of the marine gearbox or fan exceeds local requirements, relevant maintenance should be carried out.
5. All pollutants should be treated and the turbine should be operated in accordance with local environmental regulations.
Daily use:
1. Regularly check whether the installation foundation, seals, and drive shafts are normal.
2. If used properly, be sure to check the oil level of the lubricating oil (observed through the oil window). The high temperature of the lubricating oil should be lower than 85°C. If the oil temperature rises abnormally and abnormal noise occurs, please stop checking and troubleshoot immediately before continuing to use it.
3. Replace with new spare parts and use them after running and load testing.
4. Do not hammer the gearbox housing to avoid damage.
Common problem:.
High-speed shaft string movement:
1. The four-point angular contact bearing is damaged
The wear of the rollers and raceways of the four-point angular contact bearing will increase the gap between the rollers and the inner raceway, which will cause the high-speed shaft to move.
2. Four-point angular contact bearing outer ring rotation
The outer ring of the angular contact bearing is positioned by the pin. When the pin is too short or the pin is broken, the outer ring cannot be axially fixed and rotates, causing relative sliding friction between the outer ring of the bearing, the adjustment pad, and the end cover. As a result, the end face wears and increases the axial gap, and the phenomenon of string movement of the high-speed shaft occurs.
